Software Fault Policy

Mako Blue adopts a different approach to software development. We endeavour to deliver “fault-free” applications, however, on those rare occasions when something is faulty we don’t want our customers paying for it:

Mako Blue will attempt to solve all problems that arise from the use of our Software Products. Provided that the customer has adhered to the Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions associated with the contract, most fault remedies are free of charge. Examples of faults that have incurred a fee include: an apparent fault caused by a third party application, and a change in operating environment that the product was not initially designed for. There is no specific warrantee period in which faults must be lodged by.
